How long will it take me to receive my order?

We ship orders within 3 business days after purchase (excluding the weekend and public holidays.)

The moment we ship it out, we'll send you a notification with all your shipping details. 

Thereafter, you should expect to receive your purchase within 3 business days after it's been shipped. 

So if I'm doing the math right, you will get your hands on your tippies within 6 business days (that's fast enough right). 

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Simply change to your country's currency and check out as per usual! We ship international orders within 2-3 working days at a flat $10.00 SGD fee. 

 

Can I modify/cancel my order?

We hope not! But we understand sometimes mistakes happen. If it's within 24 hours of placing your order, please email our customer service team at hello@tippiesofficial.com and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

However, if the order has already been dispatched, we just pray that you love it nonetheless (sorry!).
