Incorrect/Defective Items

Oops, we sincerely apologise for that - don't worry, it's on us! If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please drop us an email at hello@tippiesofficial.com informing us on the issue (photos are welcomed!) so we can take forward an exchange/return process. 

 

Not a fan of what you received?

We totally understand the change of mind or if the size you ordered doesn't fit. So we offer refunds and exchanges within 14 days of you receiving your order, just drop us an email at hello@tippiesofficial.com

You may choose to do a free return or exchange at:

  • Our warehouse which is located at Kembangan (exact location will be shared over email!)
  • Our monthly/bi-monthly pop-up stores (check out our socials for more details!)

Alternatively, you may opt for return via Ninjavan which we will help you arrange. There will be a $5.00 charge which will be deducted from your refund total and if you would like a new pair, you may place an order through our website again!

 

Exchanges/Returns Policy

Kindly note that we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

All returned items will be refunded via your original payment method. Refunds will be made based on invoiced value excluding shipping charges should your order fall short of the minimum spend for free shipping. Please allow 14 days after your return has been approved for your refund to be processed.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are final. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for orders shipped outside of Singapore.
